Returning an Item

Request a return within 30 days of the original ship date on any unopened and resalable items.

The process below explains how to return your item:


  1. Inspect your package prior to returning to clearly identify the reason for return. Ensure that you have received all products you have ordered and check for any damage to products or packages.
  2. Request an RMA#:
    • Log in into your eStore account
    • Select “My Account” from the top of the page
    • Select “My Orders” from the left navigation
    • Select “Return” for the affected orders
    • Fill out the provided form
    • Expect to receive by email the RMA#
  3. Display the RMA number on the outside of the package, preferably on the address label.
  4. Using the carrier of your choice, ship your return to the following address:

    ATTN: RMA#

If Entrust Datacard is at fault, we will provide you with a shipping label for free return shipping.

Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned items.

Restocking Fee Policy

Returns subject to a 15% restocking fee:


  • Customer made an error in ordering (incorrect item, over-ordering)
  • Customer no longer wants the product

Returns not subject to a 15% restocking fee:


  • Entrust Datacard error (shipped wrong item)
  • Warranty returns
